Bollinger Bands Basic

Take notice of the following notes: 

To give market a sense of 

a) Ranging 

b) Trending 

c) Breakout 

For ranging, definitely there will be a support and resistance line.

For trending, it will move above or below the support and resistance line, marking a newly form of ranging trend.

For Breakout, it will form a new support and resistance line as well. But this time, it is larger than trending. However, it will form a ranging trend also.

By dividing it with three sessions you would have at least two ranging, form by the support and resistance line.

Listen carefully on how he express "Outside Bollinger Band" and watch closely on the formation of "Double Bottom" or "Double Top" for the reverse. Basically the strategy is to say, don't trade anytime you like unless you know how to spot the meaning of "outside Bollinger" and "Double Top" as well as "Double Bottom".
